Another awesome day at the shop! Started the day driving up and seeing a guy walking up to the door. I parked behind him and as he was in the truck. He looked over and said u opening the barber shop? I said yeah you need a cut? He said yeah. I didn't recognize him so i asked how he found out about the shop and he said that a friend of his usually cuts his hair but he was out of town and he found us on Google. So i laced him up with a skin fade and gave him some of this special cream that i have been developing for people like him with dry skin to try out. After i put it on him to sample he was feeling it so i just gave him one of my $5 jars for free! Long short... another happy guy running around town.

Went to Subway after cutting like 4 guys. Got a footlong Tuna with provolone cheese, lettuce, black olives O&V S&P. Spotted a guy that looked approachable that needed my assistance so after i finished my sub, i walked over to him and handed him a card. I told him that i'd love to earn his business and told him where the shop was. I said i can hook you up so this part of your hair (as i am doing the motion on my head where he had hair sticking up on his like Alfalfa) doesn't stick up anymore! Laughing and agreeing with me he told me thank you i will come and check you out.
Got back to the shop and had a nice smooth day. I had a half hour or 40 minutes that were slow and i went through all of my pictures that were on my memory card. I found 3 video folders that if i had formatted the disc i wouldn't have ever known were deleted! Good thing i triple check that i have everything on my external drive before i just hit the reformat button!! Very grateful. I am very organized with my "vault" of pictures that i have amassed over the years! I have many many gigs of photos and videos that one day i hope to go through and relive my life again through the pics! MAke sure you keep 2 sets of backups of your stuff in just in case!

My little man was dropped off at 6. He played the Wii and then we stretched out a little bit at the shop before we went to grab some pizza and play some basketball. He ran more than ever tonight. It is so awesome that we can go to play and he finds his way into the kids games and i can play with the boys at the same time! We had fun! I guarded an 18 yr old 6'3 kid with endurance for miles!! It was a great workout. I played tough D, threw some ridiculous dimes and made about 50% of my shots. I was winded and had no legs toward the end. Feels good to feel the progress from a couple months ago. I feel really good out there. Still nowhere near 100% but on the right trajectory for not playing ball for so many years on such a consistent basis.

Got home at like 9. Found this blog and said i used to have a journal that i did a similar thing to this. Why not give a quick summary and see what happens. Going to go to do some yoga, stretching, and probably pass out in the process!! Didn't see my daughter all day. Sleeping when i left and sleeping when i got home. :( Tomorrow is my birthday. Gonna go to Wet and Wild on Sunday for some fun. I will probably go to dinner with family tomorrow night somewhere nice.
